As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Some Chicken Swarma in Honor of Mario

This is officially the best of the best chicken swarma places -- Tasty Falafel.

It's the most delish falafel not only because of the eggplant they add in but the whole wheat tortilla option they give and the brown rice.  Throw in the fact that it's also the cheapest around thanks to a sweet discount they always give me but the workers are always super sweet.  One worker in particular always takes it upon himself to throw me some kind of advice whenever I'm there.  It's ridiculous advice but that's why it's awesome.
Tonight the Polish Princess and I headed there for some post training protein.
We were absolutely hyper and you know what you get when us two Polacks are hyper and hangry after training... pure silliness with a side touch of gangster hood rat fun.
Too funny.  Love this lady and love the chicken swarma.
It's right up there with jerk chicken.
There you go, some food porn... picked up that new slang this week, thanks Canada.
