As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Birthday Dinner with Birthday Girl E... Friday, November 6

It was my little niece's birthday just recently so I headed out to Whitby to join them for a sweet birthday dinner party out.  Happy 10th birthday to Big E.  I can't believe she's already in the double digits!!!
I love these little ladies so much and don't they just look so super duper adorable with their new glasses on?!  Definitely!  They all got fitted for glasses the other day.
Baby Jelly has glasses too but she took them off for the picture.
Now my big brother's family all have glasses...hahaha... they look super cute!
Ohhhhh a family pic with their glasses on!
I used to wear glasses too but then I got lasak eye surgery done in Korea.
This was the scene they surprised me with as I took my seat on the Go Train.
They had all jumped out of the van and ran to the fence to wave me goodbye.
