As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Busy Day of Boxing Business

Ahhhh Coach Brown, aka Papa Goose.  He trains me hard and keeps me fed.
Today we headed to Sunset Grill for post training protein and bonding time.
This was my meal -- rye toast, Greek salad, and an omelette loaded with veggies.
I never knew the power of a four-legged boy until I hadn't seen him for 5 months and someone went out of their way to go to my club, snap his pic and send me it.
To tell you the truth, I cried when I saw this picture.  I miss Pacquiao so much.
I had a lot of errands to do and a couple of business meetings to tend to regarding some of the projects I have on the go so I had to take the night off of weight training.

A weekday without weight training?!
I know right... oh but I thought about weight training throughout my meeting... hahaha.
Rocked a sophisticated look with the long skirt and my tall leather boots but added some edge with my bright lips, semi-see-through top and short leather jacket.
In between meetings and errands, I picked up my new business cards... nice!!!
