As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Wasn't Expecting Almost 99% of These People Today

What started out as a random lady sitting beside me at
the bar turned into quite the conversation.
...and even got a bit physical too with us exchanging hugs.
Best part of the whole day's worth of mix-ups was getting to sit down for dinner with my dad.  I really don't see him enough but getting out to his hometown is such a hike.
Upon arriving back in Toronto, I then was called out by some friends who were close by.
The guy at the table, my prom date.  He loves telling everyone too that I was his date but I wonder if he really remembers how prom ended.  Regardless, he's gone on to get married, that's his wife beside him, and I went on to conquer Korea.
