As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Surrounded by Love

After church this morning I headed over to High Park to see one of my funny Valentines
-- Ginger Spice!!!
I had brought her a box of my favourite chocolates.
She shared them with me so then we shared some funny pics.
I guess I should have flipped the pic, oops.  You get the idea though.
And see that cute blond behind the counter. She's one of my Valentines too.
Obviously she works here at Starbucks, hence why she is behind the counter, but Ginger Spice and I come here a lot so we see her a lot.  I had bought some chocolate for her too and in return she gave me a free coffee and cookie.  How sweet is she?!  Very!
Nothing confirms that I'm having a REAL Valentine's Day like a beautiful meal.
Tonight I was treated to a most beautiful of beautiful meals, an entire evening actually that was incredibly beautiful and touching.  I was so spoiled... and I loved it!!!
