As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Full Fabulous Saturday

While out running this morning I saw some workers painting the bridge.
They've really done an amazing job and I couldn't just run past it.  Had to snap a pic.
Day 2 of 22 for the PTSD challenge and today I met two fabulous ladies who were ever so sweet to help me out.  Thanks ladies, much appreciated.
After running and then after weight training, I met up with a friend and headed over to the Drake for an art show showcasing the various works of local, independent artists.
It was a first of its kind, the show that is, but it was really interesting.
Leave it to Toronto to host great opportunities like such.
This city is awesome and it's loaded with so much fantastic talent.
Was treated to this today, a super cute pin that gave me the giggles.
And then I was treated to this -- a chocolate ice cream cone by a new company
handing them out for free in the park.
Laid in the park chatting and giggling with my good friend.
This is what Saturdays are for -- fabulous weather and fantastic friends.
