As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Discovering a New Chill Spot to Spill the Insider's Date Dish

On Sundays I usually meet up with the Captain and we head to our chill spot but tonight he wanted to try out a new spot.  The grass at Riverdale Park is crispy brown because of the sun so we sought shade at a coffee shop we've never been too.
Last night Captain Bowtie had a hot date so today I got the insider's scoop and juicy details.  It oozed with romance and it was adorable to see how he talked about her.  She's a lucky lady because the Captain is an awesome person.  I warned him though, as happy as he is with dating his crush, he still has to save time for me!!!
Food is my love, apparently, and this oatmeal date is my new found love.
