As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The End of the Week but Start of Shock... Friday, July 15

Had a mini panic attack at Starbucks today.

I was enjoying a morning coffee with Plan B when I answered a phone call from Korea.  A certain someone is wanting and planning to come to Canada.  I never suspected or expected this.  My eyes went as wide as they could and my mouth dropped as low as it could and I sat there speechless.

I don't know if I should say who called though perhaps maybe some of you have guessed who.  I also can't talk about being lead down to a haunted underground pool today that sits totally abandoned under the very grass I walk on everyday.  I won't mention how the female lifeguard back in supposedly the 70's was strangled to death and how there's a secret tunnel that leads from the pool area to the cemetery.  No, I won't talk about that because I think I'm suppose to keep it all hush-hush.

Oh man, I'm brutal for secrets like this.
