As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Working it Out

No need for hair on that one side of my head with Balboa here.
I wake up most days to him sleeping like this, leaning against me and making my head sweat.
Working from home on my computer stuff for Flipside is often harder than hard with this little handsome man doing his yoga master poses in front of my computer screen and insisting I pet him.
I posted these pictures on my Instagram -- me in shorts.
Second time wearing shorts in 11 months and 1st time e-v-e-r wearing them to the gym but I decided to do it today.  I'm working towards an anticipated photo shoot so I'm really trying to become more comfortable with my body and changing it as such so that when the camera lens gets focused on me I'm not going to be squirmish in front of it.
Posted more flyers... AGAIN.
After a few hours of posting on this particular post I was definitely encouraged to walk by and notice that two people had ripped off a piece.
After training I walked by it again.  Another person had taken off a piece, awesome.
