No boxing today on account that my body is feeling used and abused. I'm not surprised either. I'm going hard with my training and yesterday I had a solid sparring session but it was one with two major blows to my head and then I pushed it with legs at weight training afterward. I woke up today a bit light headed and no sooner did I eat my breakfast but I was passed out again... And hungry, again.
Today's schedule:
9am. Meal #1
10am. Nap
12pm. Meal #2
12:30pm. Swimming
2pm. Meal #3
2:30pm. Go to the mall
3:30pm. Coffee/work time at the gym (use their wifi so I can work on my computer stuff)
5pm. Long walk Balboa
6pm. Meal #4
8:30pm. Workout at Fitness First -- upper body and abs
10pm. Meal #5
