As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Cleaning Up and Staying Up Late

I'm like a guy when it comes to keeping my shave fresh and clean so off to Brunos I went today.
Waiting on my meeting to start today at a new coffee shop I just may very well be in love with.
Reason 101 why life is better in Makati -- Yardstick Cafe!!!
I ordered the white flat coffee and my company ordered this... temptation overdose on a plate.
Leaving Yardstick I could overhear those in my boxing club five floors up from where I was walking in the street so we decided to drop by.  The place was absolutely packed to the max with people, wow!
Returned home to this beautiful little four-legged boy.
And just like that it was back to the grind of working on my business.
Tomorrow I have a couple of business meetings so I had to finish up my presentation prep work.
