As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Working Through Sunday... Sunday, January 21

No training today for me on account I can't really walk or sit down... without pain that is.

I've got disgustingly big blisters on my toes that have popped and super sensitive bruises on my feet do to added extra footwork exercise at boxing mixed with yesterday's location/owner hunt in shoes I now know I should have wore socks with... ouch.  Talk about a hard lesson learnt, dang.  And as for sitting down, ya,... that's a bit of an awkward explanation needed for that.  I got that from ab crunches at boxing yesterday.  Ab crunches mixed my underwear that twisted and basically gave me rug burn... super painful.  I've got about a massive chunk of missing skin on my tailbone now.

I managed to walk to The Refined today to bring Balboa for a visit but it was a painful one.  The rest of the day I stayed at home and worked on the required documents Megaworld requested from my company, Empowered, for the new tenant application -- Letter of Intent, Company Profile, Concept Proposal, and Merchandise Mix.  Those four documents plus the actual application are what I need to hand in and I set myself a goal of finishing them by Monday afternoon.

I finished them ALL today.

Now the new plan is to deliver they by hand tomorrow.
