As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Still Hustling

He had me at jab... last night I was treated to a new book.
"Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook", by Gary Vaynerchuk.

Plan was to start the book today and I did, but not with out some coffee first... of course.
Went to see some possible locations for the next phase of Empowered and came across this sign.
It looks like my family picture... hahaha.
I didn't intend to come here to see places to live, instead I wanted a place to pop-up Empowered,
but then I walked into this gorgeous home.... wow.
You can't really see it in this picture but above the bed is this funky drop ceiling that looks more like
a sculpture than a ceiling.  I love it and I absolutely love the sitting area by the window.
