As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I'm a Goal-Slayer... Tuesday, September 4

Some background on this particular Vlog and why I decided to do it as my second one.

I'm kind of a goal-making junkie.  It's true.  Take for example my agenda.  Every Sunday I sit down and write out my goals for that particular week.  Then, during the week when they get done, I highlight the completed goals with a yellow highlighter.  Unaccomplished weekly goals from the prior week get highlighted in orange.  Then every day I have little goals -- tasks I need to do and want to do.  I cross them off as I do them but those that don't get done are then highlighted in orange and carried over to the next day, where there written out again but in all caps.

...and now you get my somewhat obsession with goals, how I do them on the daily.

So yeah, goals are huge for me.  But being able to write out good goals isn't something a lot of people are able to do and hence this video.  The video is about S.M.A.R.T. goals, goals that are specific, measurable, realistic, and time sensitive.

So now the question is, do you know how to write out a good goal and are yours smart?  If you have a goal and need help tweking it, well my friend, you are in the right spot.  Goals are my thang!  Drop me a line in the comment box and I'll definitely help you out, no problem.
