Woke up at 7am, had breakfast and then went back to bed.
Woke up at 3pm, walked the dogs, then went back to bed.
Woke up at 6pm, walked the dogs again, then went out for dinner.
Bet you were expecting me to say that I went back to bed again, right?! Right... wrong.
For the past three weeks I've been seriously running on empty -- going to bed super late, waking up super early, and running on a max of 5 hours of sleep. It eventually catches up with you and today it definitely did. I slept so much but woke up feeling like I hadn't really slept so much.
Went to bed around 11pm.
I need to get more sleep and I need to learn to relax and disconnection.
[This is where all you fellow entrepreneurs and peeps with the similar struggle step up and offer me some advice or tell me how you relax and disconnect!!!]
