As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Booked and Sold Out... Friday, January 18

I am officially fully booked and not taking any more personal training clients.
I have officially sold out all of my stock on the Empowered Slay handwraps and Slay gloves.

I will however accept maybe one or two evening clients because all my current clients are in the morning or early afternoon and I will of course make another order for my Slay boxing gear line.

I'm thinking about launching another handwrap.  Keep the same material and length but change up the colours and word on it.  I'm thinking about a white handwrap with either conquer in chunky black writing or keep with the same colours as the Slay wrap write conquer on it.

I found most of my clients who purchased my handwraps were guys and though the word "slay" comes off as rather feminine, the guys wore the wraps regardless.  But if that's who is going to be purchasing my wraps, the majority of them, then why not make a handwrap that is a little more rough and tough. Exactly.
