As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Where Is My Week?... Tuesday, January 15

There are 168 hours in a week but where does my week go?

I always feel like I'm on the go and juggling a multitude of things on the go, stuff that flood the pages of my agenda and keep my mind busy.   So today, out of pure curiosity, I tried to think of where does my week actually go.  It's hard to account for the time I spend working on Empowered because working on Empowered ranges from creating workouts for my personal training clients to following up on stuff from my manufacturers for the Lil' Sista Project and the Lil' Pow Class.

4hrs     Rugby
9hrs     Boxing
6hrs     Functional training
15hrs   Coaching
12hrs   Travelling (to solely coaching/training)
45hrs   Sleeping

91hrs accounted for.

168 Hours in a week... with 77 not exactly accounted for, according to my above figures, but 77 hours that are definitely filled up with a wide collection of must-to-dos and things-to-do items, like walking the boys and responding to business emails and, of course, eating.

When I mapped out my hours and broke it down as such, it didn't seem like my schedule is so busy but in reality it actually is so very busy.
