As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Cleaning till Exhaustion... Thursday, May 2

I've been moving stuff into the new clubhouse but it wasn't until today that I actually started to live there, and by "live there" I mean bring my two doggies and sleep there.  My food from the Six Pack Chef officially comes here too now, very grateful for that.

I still haven't told my father that I have a house.  It's on my list-to-do for the weekend.

I had morning 3 back-to-back clients to coach and then I headed to Acacia to continue cleaning.

The price tag to get a cleaning crew to clean the new house, despite it being bare and having absolutely no furniture, was ridiculous.  Flat out r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s.  Decided to save money and do it myself.  Doing myself... yeah... am still going strong at it but it's been two days now.  It's absolutely exhausting, not going to lie.  But I'm trying to justify missing my weight training and boxing by doing all the cleaning with no air con on but with my music blasting.  I end up bopping around the house and cleaning up a storm, as well us sweaty like a beast, but at the end of the day I have only just enough energy to shower and crash in my bed.

Tonight I missed rugby, accidentally.  Exhaustion got the best of me.
