As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Big Day... Wednesday, June 12

My morning fighter was the only part of my schedule that was on par with expectations.

ABS CBN stayed from 9am to 1pm.
My 1pm special guest showed up at 12:30pm and then left around 5pm.
My 7pm small team training showed up on time and left around 9pm.

I had my breakfast but didn't eat again till 5pm and then I only had about an hour and half to "relax" before it was back to work.  After my small team left, I then had to prep for tomorrow's coaching and fighters.

ABS CBN will be airing the show at the end of the month and then the collab video I did with Body By Mama Kat will be launched probably the end of this week or next.

Super excited.

Busy is good, I'm not complaining, but it reminds me of something I use to say about a year ago, back when I didn't have a lot of work to do but was persistent on trying to make work for myself.  "One day I'm going to crave this free time". Turns out that "one day" is definitely today.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell this.  I am officially a sponsored by a peanut butter company.  Laugh as you may, if you know me you'd know this is like gold to me.  I love, love, LOVE peanut butter.  How this all came about was I had responded to a contest they hosted on Instagram.  I tagged a bunch of my rugby teammates and commented that I'd share it with them if I won.  Apparently that company then clicked on my Instagram page to check me out.  I didn't actually win the contest I had entered but they contacted me to tell me they respected my work, my Lil' Sistas Project and Empowered, and wanted to send me some peanut butter.  I received it yesterday and was so excited.  Seriously, I was SO excited.  Holy understatement.  So then I posted about it on Instagram and Facebook.

I was then contacted by the company and sent over an influencier's package.
