As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Prepping for a Big Tomorrow... Tuesday, June 11

Four fighters to coach went from 4 to 3, 3 to 2, and then 2 to 1 because of requests to switch days and last minute cancellations.  By 9am, I was then done work for the day.  Correction, by 9am I was done coaching for the day.

Heading to The Refined to watch the Raptors game, game 5.

Tomorrow ABS CBN is coming back to Empowered Clubhouse for more filming so I had about a million and one things I wanted and needed to do.  I didn't know if they'd be taking a tour through the rest of the clubhouse so I busted my butt doing some renovations on my own, threw up the last coat of paint on my office wall, and then sat down to get all my coaching sessions planned out.

Tomorrow's schedule:
7am     Coaching Fighter #1
9am     Arrival of 2 fighters and ABS CBN for filming, shoot day 2
1pm     Arrival of a special quest, a celebrity coach for more filming
7pm     Small team training
