As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Work, Work, Work... Friday, June 28

Today's plan: work and workout, rinse and repeat.

Dealing with some territorial issues with Balboa and Cassius so I took Rousey up to my office and worked the day away in there.  Plan is to bring in a professional to deal with those boys.  Balboa is freaking out on the daily and it's not cool, not good, and not going to work with me having clients coming in and out.

Currently interviewing dog trainers, great, like I really have the time or money for this, right?!  Urgh.

I worked till about 4pm when a certain someone showed up and insisted I get out.

What was suppose to be just a dinner date turned into us also catching a movie thanks to Mother Nature pouring down on us and leaving us stranded at the mall with a motorcycle.  Checked out "Toy Story 4".
