As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Forecasted Schedule... Friday, July 26

I was asked by one of my sponsors to email them my schedule for the next several months -- July to February.  So I had to type up my forecasted schedule.  Of course, it's a bit hard to predict the exact dates let alone random things that will pop up but I tried.

SCHEDULE SIDE NOTES…

LIL’ SISTAS
• Every 3rd Saturday of the month I coach my Lil’ Sistas at the Center of Hope (human trafficking safe home) but sometimes the dates change.
• I also coach at Holy Family Home (local orphanage) 1-2xs a month. Usually it’s on a Sunday but the dates always differ each month.

RUGBY
• In January my team, Lady Mavericks, may be competing in Bangkok, Thailand.

OTHER
• I’m almost always not available on Sundays. I coach back-to-back fighters, have rugby and sometimes coach the Lil’ Sistas at the orphanage.
