As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My Weekend is My Strong End... Saturday, July 20

TODAY'S SCHEDULE:
7am            Acacia Sole Sistas team run
10am          Small Team training
2pm            Drop by The Refined
4pm            Meeting at the printers in BGC
6pm           Coach "Black Eye"

Originally I was supposed to head out to the Center of Hope to coach the Lil' Sistas there but they're getting their main room retiled and so we can't train there during the renovations.  Today's boxing postponed to next week.  That's not to say I didn't have my hands full of things to do.  When one thing gets canceled, work gets shifted around and something else I have to do takes it's place.

Life of an entrepreneur 101.

4pm            Coach boxing to the Lil' Sistas of Taguig
