As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Slaying the Day, the Holiday... Monday, August 12

7am           Coaching Fighter A and a little meet & greet with her daughter at the Clubhouse
9:30am      Coaching the Ninja out in Makati.
11am         Meeting regarding Lil' Sistas and a long-time-no-see friend.
12:30pm   Boxing with Coach Marcelo
4pm          Coaching Fighter K back at the Clubhouse.

I was suppose to have a 6pm meeting out in BGC but that got postponed to later this week.

Busy, busy, busy... welcome to my Monday.

The big plans for this week include signing the NDA contract with my new production company for Baa Baa Black Sheep and then finalizing the first two items for production -- a tank top and a sleeveless hoodie.

Today was a national holiday though but holidays really mean nothing more to me than days I get to up my hustle.  It's a day of less traffic and less schedules to work around, hence the meetings I posed for today.
