As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

ONE Championship... Friday, November 8

My version of "fun" is heading out of town to catch some live fight action and that's exactly what went down tonight.  Tonight there were five of us that met up at the Mall of Asia Arena to attend the ONE Championship.  I was given a free ticket, I just had to show up and enjoy.

A VIP ticket... sick, right?! Yup.

What to say about ONE Championship, it was awesome!!!

Had a drink at the fights and BOOM, talk about raising the energy about a billion notches.  

I hadn't really eaten much at dinner but was really needing a night off every thing and every one so the drink definitely helped to help relax me.  It may have meant I sent some questionable text messages to a certain someone from my past.  No damage control needed but I'm sure I'll be getting some strange text messages in the morning.  Not sure if I'll disclose of that though... oops.
