As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Considering my arms are just as big as his, I guess he won't be making fun of my hair anymore... hahaha.

I really have to say Amy these pictures are the best of you. I am totally inspired to get my biceps looking like that. I like the middle picture the best but the last one is impressive because you aren't flexing and it shows how cut you are. I'm always working on my hand speed and if I can work the weights along with my sparring I think I'll improve. Great pictures once again Amy.

Yo Casey,
Hahaha... thanks. I'm trying.

Hey Beth,
Thanks girl! It's a lot of work but you can TOTALLY do it. Remember that diet is so important too here. I try to eat really clean and so the feeling I get from knowing that I'm doing my body good is very satisfying. I just have so much more energy now, I sleep better, and I wake up refreshed. Don't get me wrong though, I occassionally slip myself a little treat. You have to though, to keep your sanity and cravings under control.
So train hard, eat clean and everything else, the speed, muscles, and improvements in the sport will all follow.
