As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Let's play a little game, shall we? It's called "Guess who's body part?"... hahaha.
So the first body part, these multi-million dollar making eyes. They belong to the leading lady in the movie "Enough". Second body part are these healing but still somewhat beat-up toes. And the last body part are these oversized ears, one white ear and one black ear.

I won't have you guess here cause, well, there's just too many body parts in this picture. This is me hanging out at the boxing club after training with two of my favorite Elementary Kiddies. My fellow New York Yankees fan on the left is Tommy and then there's "Head Kick Boy" on my right, a super cute kid who always insists on trying to attack me during training. Whether he's trying to kick me or do random punching combos on me, he seems to think I'm a walking sand bag... hahaha. Can't say I'm totally innocent here though. I have been known to bust out the moves on him, too... hahaha.
