As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hi Amy,
I remember this photo and I love that one. It sort of says something about you wanting to reach up to the stars and to keep at your goals and interests. I’m not kidding that you are an inspiration for my training and that list you made shows how organized you are. I’m glad it gave you energy for your day. That’s cool.
I do some weights like I said and I have tried some of those inclined push ups you showed on your page for the arms. I think your arms are perfect with great tone when flexing and when not. I like the feeling after working my arms on how they feel more solid. Don’t know if they are though. Heh heh. I would imagine they speed up the jabs a bit too.
I usually get to box at least three days a week. I like to spar at least once and twice if possible. Shauna does always remind me not to think about doing what should be ingrained with the training. You told me that too and thanks for reminding me. If you repeat all your combinations it becomes instinctive as you said. Thanks also for reminding me. Shauna uses great combinations and she is so darn fast!!! It’s 1-2-3 and get out as she says. :)
Hey, I’m looking forward to the Awesome news you have. I hope you get to talk to your husband Snickers a lot. I know you miss him.
