As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

With a cup of coffee and an open road in front of us, today Snickers and I headed on a little road trip. Destination --the beach. "You won't need your jacket" he told me, well he was wrong... it was chillly at the beach.
Thankfully I'm like a guy in that I have selective hearing. I wasn't about to freeze.
After a three hour drive to the beach, we ended up heading back to a different beach, a beach closure to Cheonan. A beach we love.
Chow time!
Taking pictures outside, behind the restaurant, I was totally caught off guard when I noticed what was in the next cage... oh my gosh!!!
Who the heck owns this monkey?!!!
(I own this monkey... hahaha)

Hey Amy,
I really like these of you and your hubby. I'm glad you two are so happy. You look good in these and I guess it was chilly since you are all bundled up. :)

Hi Beth,
Thanks... we definitely are one of those attached-at-the-hips couples who is disgustingly happy and overly in love.
