As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I bought this book a few years ago, one summer when I was visiting Canada. It's a list of random things, ranging from past lovers to things you're proud of. Today I picked it up off my shelf and had a good laugh at some of the silly things I wrote.

If there was a list for people you'd like to head-kick, Kim Jong Il would be at the top of that list too.

... more random lists.

Strangely enough one of my top fears had to do with getting married -- note, this was written down before I met Snickers. I'm not too sure why I always use to fear this because my father was quite the respectable male figure in my life, as were my uncles and friend's parents. I was cheated on by my first boyfriend and I guess that's where it stemmed from. And as for the second past fear, no worries now, now that I've met Snickers that is.
