1. One package (or can) of tuna packed in water.
2. One package of curry --> I prefer either the Beef Demi or Chicken Vindaloo curry
3. Veggies of your choice --> I usually go for mushrooms or cucumbers.
Method:
1. Chop up your veggies.
2. Drain your canned tuna.
3. Add your chopped veggies, drained tuna and curry into a pot and cook it on low.
4. Cook according to how soft you prefer your veggies to be.
5. Enjoy and then thank me later for the delish recipe.
Meal Breakdown:
