As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Field Trip to KBS Suwon Drama Studio!!!

Entered one of the set studios and instantly we were bombarded with lights galore!

KBS, being the huge TV production company that it is, films plenty of dramas in the very studio we toured in so my mini-Koreans had a field day exporing the various sets... so cool!

Large posters of the various celebrities that come in and out of the KBS studios were on display. I just had to jump in for a shot... hahaha.

Next it was off to the outdoor sets, numerous streets with mock buildings and stores... and even mock bricks! The wall in the right shot was spongy and soft.

It was definitely cool to be at the very set where so many movies and dramas have been filmed.

One of the outdoor sets housed a couple of goats. They weren't really meant to be highlighted on the tour but my mini-Koreans loved them. Some of them even offered the goats their muffin snacks.

I'm sure the goats loved my mini-Koreans just as much as my mini-Koreans loved them... hahaha.

Today's field trip... huge, HUGE success. They absolutely loved it... as did I.
