As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

This is how my day started, with me doing nothing but sleeping on the floor and my two four-legged friends off in La-La Land with me.Mi Nam has his little designated sleeping spot where he likes to lay with his little Canada buddy, Junebug the one-eyed teddy dog, and it's is Pyen Chi free.
And then there's Pyen Chi, the Pee Master Beast of Fur, who prefers to sleep on our shoes. I canceled out this option today by lining the shoe area with those empty egg crates.
Spent the afternoon doing stuff on the computer with my two little four-legged buddies at my feet.

And then this is how I ended the evening, with a visit to the vet.

Going back to Ggum Guum Mi Nam-free wasn't very fun and I'm already anticipating visiting him tomorrow.
