As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

And then there were THREE... Tuesday, December 25

After the ladies cleared out of my house and I had finally cleaned up from our party, Snickers and I sat down to relax and enjoy our Christmas afternoon together.

Pyen Chi laid exhausted on the floor, Balboa was cuddled up on Snickers' lap, and I had Pacquiao resting in my arms.  I held up Pacquiao and looked at him, and that's when Snickers asked me "Do you want him?"

"Of course I want him," I answered.

"He is yours" he added, and with that I must have asked him a million-trillion times if he was joking.  He said he wasn't but noted that he didn't have the heart to take Pac away from me because he knows how much I've become attached to him.

This was the first ever Christmas gift Snickers has ever given me but it'll forever go down as the sweetest of Christmas gifts ever.  It was a "double-hit gift" -- he gave Pacquiao a home and family, and he gave me a four-legged friend I've already fallen in love with and whom I was really nervous about having to give up.  So now we officially have THREE four-legged friends.
