As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Kicked off the last day of camp by convincing the lovely ladies to come to the dark side with me... the dark coffee-drinking side that is.
Watched a video tonight of a little boy with a Teenage Ninja Turtle tent.
I watched as he danced, laughed, sang, and played in his little tent.
And then I turned to him, some 20-some years older now, and kissed him.  I love my Snickers.  He's just as  fun-loving as he was when he was young, before our life paths crossed.
Finally returned home, to Mi Gung in Cheonan.  It was 10:33pm on the dot when we arrived, Snickers, me and Snickers' cousin Brooklyn (I named him that), and Snickers had planned a little surprise for me.  He had bought a three step foot massage package from the Home Shopping channel.
Ah Snickers, making other husbands look bad for almost 3 years now.
