As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Loaded up the beast (Bronco the Beast) and headed out of town to celebrate our special day.
And after two and a half hours, we showed up at what we've labelled as our "personal private beach" -- a beach that's in the middle of nowhere, where we've yet to run into anyone else on it...
... and where there's sand and waves as far as the eye can see.  It's so beautiful there!!!
We froze our butts off a bit but with a stunning beach that was footprint and people-free, we just had to get out and make our mark on it.
Unfortunately making our mark meant Balboa making his mark on my mark.  After my romantic gesture of writing our names in the sand, Pyen Chi then scratched out my name and then Balboa peed on it... nice.
I ended up making my mark on Snickers, or perhaps I should say my lipgloss did... hahaha.
Capped the day out with a delish meal -- one of my favourites!!!  This is (pardon my brutal spelling) ook-whey, it's raw beef.  This plate of raw beef was a 120 year old family secret recipe that was served up for us and we absolutely loved every single last piece of it!!!
