As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Preparing for our boxing club has been amazing but also amazingly time, effort and money consuming.  In the past three days, I've slept a total of three hours.  I can't remember the last time I showered, I think it was on Wednesday, not cool, and my skin has become really dry.
"You're my dirty girl", Snickers repeatedly has been telling me.  He seems to get kicks saying it.
So tonight Snickers and I had a little at-home spa date after we picked up some goodies at Innisfree.

I really needed to get some beauty stuff, have been pushing it off for so long (totally blame trying to save money for my boxing club), so it took some pushing on Snickers' part to get me to part with some of my saved money.
The above picture has some of my Innisfree stuff.  I particularly love their Apple Juicy Deep Cleansing Foam but I love, love, LOVE TO PIECES their Eco Science Deep Cream.  It's a really thick moisturizer I love to put on before bed and whenever I touch my skin with it on, I can't help but giggle and say "I can't believe it's not butter".
Am at-home spa, right in the comfort of my house, with my man by my side and my little four-legged buddies by my plastic-wrapped, lotion conditioning feet.  It was just what I needed!!!
