As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Bye, Bye Bread and Hello Adipower

Today I said goodbye to boxer blue balls and enjoyed one last "free day" of dirty eating so Snickers and I celebrated it by visiting our favourite bakery.
Punch gum, the unofficial gum of boxers, or so a friend who gave me a massive pack of these believes.
As for Wonder Woman, she thinks not.  The only punch that Punch gum has is a punch of mad sugar.
After the afternoon of dirty eating at our fav bakery, we loaded up on fresh greens for lots of clean eating.
Our lady friend sellers there always slip us extras into our bags.  Today I scored free spinach.

Snickers thought it funny to take a picture of me taking a picture of my boots but I don't care.
I absolutely love, love, LOVE my new Adipower boots -- these boots definitely kick all other boots to the curb!
Time to work these boots in and get them gym nasty happy with my hard workout.  For now they're still very pretty and clean looking but I give them a couple of weeks before these pretty boys are official bad boys.
