As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Finally Being Productive with this Holiday

Here's one of my favoured Hulkies, helping us approach random strangers in the street and give them our club advertising flyer.  It's hard to get out there and hand them out on my own but with Snickers and her by my side, we had a lot of fun and handed out a lot.
The three of us then headed out to Asan for a picnic, back to that lake we stumbled across yesterday.
Food coma time... hahaha.
The two of them passed right out after our picnic, I didn't, so I took pictures of them and giggled.
Then the two of us gals headed out to check out this path around the lake.
Parts of the lake look run down but you could definitely see the potential, like these swan boats and the live music hall/singing room.
Later in the evening I hosted the Crossfit Challenger class.
Here's me celebrating the end of today's class with some of the gals who participated.
