As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Pressure Put on Hold While we Focus on Other "Friends"

A most random situation occurred today, a baby bird flew into our boxing club.
Yup, a baby bird.  Just add that to our list of random animals we've had walk in here (and fly in) -- bird, two stray street kittens, two stray street dogs, two dogs belonging to two friends -- one of which ran away and showed up here at Hulk's, and let's not forget Unicorn the goat!!!
Pyen Chi, the beautiful beast of a woman that she is, is going through some shedding these days and so tonight we decided to help speed up the process by simply combing her.
... "simply combing her", ya right.  Notice how much fur we combed out of her coat in only 10 minutes!!!
I think Balboa and I were thinking the same thing here -- we could make a coat out of this for him!!!
Bwahahahahaha....
There was so much fur that we had to bag it... woozers!!!
And while Pacquiao may not shed anything like Pyen Chi, he still tried to milk up some extra attention so Snickers combed him, just to make him feel special.  Super cute.
Balboa may have wanted earlier for me to keep Pyen Chi's fur and make him a fur coat out of it but right at this moment, here under the covers with me, he was loving the fact his coat is super short and doesn't keep him warm.  He's all about snuggling up to me and sleeping in my hair these days.
