As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Start of Greatness... Monday, December 9

Day One of life with the 4 four-legged squad and so far, so good.

I woke up at 1am, 3am, and then 5am to walk the little one, Namajunas.  She sleeps in her cage beside my bed so when she wakes up squawking to go pee I can simply throw some clothes on and walk her.  I can't complain about having to wake up so early for her and on the repeat because she is a puppy and she's way too young to be even with me.

I have high anticipation and expectations for her.

Future goals for her:
Train her to be my running partner.
Train her to run beside me without a leash on.
Socialize her so she's good to go to the boxing club if I decide to bring her.
Be able to take her to rugby practice.
Be able to bring her to the Lil' Sistas.

She's going to be such a loyal, active dog.

I can't wait till she gets bigger and she can actually run with me.
