As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Mi-Nam wanted to show you his new shirt. It reads "Dear the blue... our dreams remain unchanged.. guaranteed everytime... produced by Men's BAT*SU."... ya, whatever that means...ㅋㅋㅋ

Hey Amy, I have thought about buying a dog, especially when my dog in Canada died while I was here last year. Unfortunately I don't have as much spare time as you so it just wouldn't be fair to have him locked up in my place all day. So instead I have decided to live vicariously through you......say hello to Mi-Nam for me.
I'm glad you both are liking my dog, Mi-Nam. He's a funny little guy but doesn't have the highest IQ...ha, ha, ha. None the less, he makes for an awesome little buddy. I'm trying to teach him how to play ball right now. He attacks the ball when I throw it and sometimes brings it to me when I tell him to... well 7 out of 10 times.

I had that T-shirt, bought in a market in Hong Kong! It comes in human sizes too!
