As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Neither of us really look too impressed getting our picture taken but I wanted to show you my hair and Mi-Nam wanted to show you how cute he looks in his favourite t-shirt...ㅋㅋㅋ
You will have to stop posting pictures of your cute puppy, because you are making me jealous. I have convinced myself that I need to get one. My bf says they are too messy and smelly.........but so is he (haha).
You must be getting excited for your trip.........
Thanks for all the compliments about my little guy... he makes me a very proud mommy. I must admit though that I owe a big thanks to Kim Tae. Mi-Nam is a handful sometimes and so it's not easy being a single mom.
Those ears - what ears? Your ears Amy? Just jokes. Wow - you've definitely have changed your look since I've last seen you. It's been what, over two years now. You're always so pretty!
