As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

This always impresses the amateur boxers at my club but I don't really recommend doing it unless you can hold your breath and have abs.
Hmmm... why is he so happy to stand on me?!!!

You must have some strong abs. Shows what working out can to. Great! :)

Hi Matuzalem4,
... hehehe.

Yo Beth,
I work abs about twice a day, 6 days a week... at afternoon boxing and then again in the evening at weight training. Hanging leg raises are AWESOME for the lower abs!!! I have my little two-pack going but it's frustrating because the work and effort I put in hasn't brought about my 6-pack... yet. Key word being "yet".

Hi:)
What are these two packs and six packs? Its something about abdomens muscles, I guess.:)

We write tehlicky (with hiccup over the "c") and pronounce it tehlichky where "t" is softed:D And in engish is word to word translation - bricks:D I dont know why its called so:D I heard that maximum are 4 packs, Its nice to know there are two bonus packs to worry along.:)
