As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The lighting here definitely isn't helping this picture but I've been kind of lazy with taking pictures lately, sorry.

But here are two of my friends. They're a cute couple attached at the hips... hahaha.

Hey Amy,
Did you get to the bottom of that KBC call? Interesting. :)
Just thought I’d tell you. I may be going to Indiana for work related things on the 24th of April and there is this woman’s boxing match the next day with this girl Kristy Follmar that I’d like to see. She’s boxing this girl Mary McGee and I think it is going to be a good match. I have a couple of pictures of them at a press conference if you’d like me to send them to you.

Yo Beth,
No, still no word on that call from KBC. I have the meeting this upcoming Thursday though so I guess I won't find out till then. Rather nerve-racking if you ask me.
Going to Indiana for work? What do you do and how long are you going for? They better have Internet there... hahaha. I'm sure they will.
Pretty cool... a live match, I love them. Sure, send me some pics!
