As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I tell ya, you just have to love Korea even if only for the mean plates of delish food they cook!!!

Tonight, I certainly was tempted to go with the pork. I'm not a vegetarian so by all means off with Wilbur's head and slap on some spicy sauce!

Not so tempted with the menu this tent had going on... note the fourth item down. I've never been a fan of feet let alone chomping of them so I definitely didn't want that thrown down onto my plate!
But I couldn't resist this... chicken! I'm a huge fan of chicken, with chicken stirfry being my ultimate favorite dish-of-the-week this week. So we dined on spicy chicken mixed in with lots of leafy greens, sweet potatos and onions.

And just as expected, it was delish!!!
