As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Despite keeping my fabulous females up late last night with the Flipside Fitness Midnight Mountain Top BBQ, they all arrived bright eyed and bushy tailed for our Shopping for Abs outing.
We ended up buying a massive box of spinach and one of bok choi and splitting them up among us.  I also loaded up with oranges and yellow peppers; my favourite!!!

One of my lovely ladies gave me an amazing gift -- a thank you gift to say thanks for last night's event and for arranging today's shopping event.  It definitely wasn't necessary, it was my pleasure, but noting that she gave me Tim Horton's coffee... ya, that will definitely be my pleasure too;)
In the afternoon I hosted two boxercise classes; this is a picture of my Boxercise Beginners class today.  I've got my fierce but oh-so sweet strawberry blond on my left and my super young, super pretty German on my right... both equally awesome and very fabulous.

Despite having a long action-packed, schedule-filled day, I still had energy left over for Balboa and Pyen Chi.  However, last night's event left Pyen Chi super exhausted, so exhausted in fact that she slept more than half the day away.  She got up on her sofa by the window and pretty much stayed there all day.
And then, when she slipped off the sofa, she simply rolled over and stayed a couple more hours sleeping, on the floor.
