Picked up the gift of appreciation the ladies of Flipside Fitness chipped in together to buy -- very sweet. We're going to be personally delivering these towels on Friday and surprising Junior Mint with them. He's going to be so shocked -- so happily shocked!!!
Stopped by to see a four-legged friend.
I'm a huge fan of four-legged friends so it's heartbreaking to not know what's become of Brown Bear. The other week I noticed he was gone. He's been replaced with this big boy -- Black Bear -- an equally sweet big teddy bear who is equally deserving on a cozy home, warm hugs and lots of love.
I can't help but think Black Bear could be someone's "Mi Nam" and it's so sad that poor beautiful Brown Bear never had his chance.
Next on our schedule was to check out so markets we heard through the grapevine were awesome, and they were. Anyone that knows me here in Korea knows I eat peppers like they're apples and I'm all about spices. Well, today I turned the corner at a new market and just about peed my pants with excitement. Unlike Canada where spices are plenty and readily available, this massively overcrowded shelf is quite the rare and majestic find!!!
Celebrated our busy and very successful day with some much deserved, very delish eats.
At today's batting practice I took a bat to the knee, go figure. With balls flying 130km close to my head you wouldn't think a bat would be the least of my concerns. Snickers says it's because I'm Polish... what does that suppose to mean?! Hahaha...
