As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

In an effort to clear my head and get me back to being the fun-loving, silly gal that I am, Snickers insisted on having a random day date.  He took me bowling which in his mind seemed like fun but in my mind it meant competition was on!  "Oh you're cute," I told him, "but you're going down!"
Go figure, Snickers bowls his best game ever (195) and I bowled my worst (86).
He was quite proud of his score and so he should be, bowling a 195 game is wicked!!!
I threw the next game though, trying out new spins and wrist techniques, but ended with 125 points.
Turns out just shooting straight and aiming for the middle pin works best for me.
We played a total of four games and it took me that long to really get my a-game on.  After he caught up to me in the 9th round, it was do or die for me.
He died, I did... scored a 151, beating his 142 by NINE points!!!  Oh ya baby, you got beat by a woman, how does it feel?!  Hahaha...
