As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Today started on the couch -- me chillaxing with my four-legged friends and making business calls.
Later in the evening I headed out for a run.  I do my best thinking when I'm out running apparently however in all my thinking I didn't quite think about where I was running.  I kind of pulled a "Forrest Gump", meaning I sidetracked off my usual route and just kept going.  As you can see by my workout log screen shot, I had no real distantion.  My only goal was to keep my pacing between 5min/km and 5:14min/km.  Mission completed.
Returned home, and to the couch.  4Man-C didn't have soccer today so their weekly Sports Day was today.  Sports Day for Snickers and his boys means hitting the batting cages, bowling, pool, and shooting hoops.
What started off as a imprompt business meeting about possibly hiring 4Man-C, like my run, totally sidetracked when I mentioned a picture I had seen posted on Facebook.
This picture turned into a two hour discussion.
I think the only ones left relaxing at that point were our four-legged babies.
Tonight ended just like it had started, by the couch.  I think our discussion about adoption had exhausted them.  I still very much anti-my-own-baby and pro adoption.
